For this time of calling – Very speedy getting through a 44 person queue. I prefer the speaking count down voice to the hold music, its somehow more reassuring that you’ve not been forgotten. In terms of the Practice – I’m always impressed with their professionalism with clearly a huge volume of people. Great service throughout lockdown and before. Extremely patient staff who deal with so much grief from patients. Sandra is a legend. By far the best Practice I’ve ever been with. Huge thanks to all.

I have just finished yet another extremely helpful, professional, thorough, informative, empathetic and reassuring phone appointment with Dr Gawn, (of the Valentine Health Partnership). There are several more superlatives I could use to convey further just how much I feel valued and listened to after this conversation. In these difficult times such an appointment, when responsibly and respectfully conducted, (as is invariably the case with Dr Gawn) can be a great fillip to one’s mental health. Thank you Dr Gawn, (and all the other NHS medical professionals) who have recently been so tireless in performing their difficult jobs with such patience, proactive intelligence, (and occasionally indulgence) in my case. Your continued resilience and calm, practical decision making are most impressive, clearly therapeutic and very much appreciated.

Receptionist very helpful was a pleasure to pop in

I have nothing but praise for the admin staff at Ferryview. They are always polite and very helpful. Well done in doing a very difficult job.

When Paula the receptionist answers my call , I am always happy as she is so friendly and polite. She always deals with my questions or requests and is very professional.

Phoned at 8.02am. Like the addition of being told place in queue and updates. Was 16th when joined but off phone having spoken to call handler by 8.10am. Definite improvement as can decide to leave queue if number waiting is really high, also the updates give idea of how quickly queue is moving.

I hadn’t initially had the best experience at this Practice, being passed around several GPs when trying to deal with one problem which was very frustrating. I feel so lucky that I happened to get Dr Gawn on the phone when I was struggling to get make any progress on a referral. She has been an excellent advocate for me and exemplifies what a great GP should be – empathetic and putting the needs of her patients first. She’s gone above and beyond that in trying to ensure I have the support I need to manage my condition. All I can say is a massive thank you and I hope my next GP is half as good. I’d also like to shout out to the reception team at Ferryview. They’ve always been brilliant and more than happy to help. Admin staff in the NHS often don’t get praised enough but they do an amazing job.

The receptionist I spoke today the 11/08:21 time 08:09 was the best person I have ever spoken to, wonderful lady.

Advice given was helpful and the response was good and quick.

I’m very please with my GP Practice because any time I called for concerns or advice the Receptionist are polite, helpful and listened to you then will nicely inform you the doctor will call back and specially asking you it’s this the best number to call u back. I really appreciated their support given to me by all the staff including from Receptionists staff and doctors.

I just wanted to thank the whole team at Ferryview Clinic for all their care, kindness and support through 2020 and up until now with regards to looking after me during lockdown during a time when i was isolating and waiting for treatment which had to be delayed due to the pandemic. They called me regularly to check on me, were there at the end of the phone when i needed them or needed to have a blood test and have continued this care now i have had my treatment and fully recovered. Could not have gotten through it without the care from the Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff. Thank you for being there and continuing to be there. You are all truly amazing

I attended Ferryview Surgery today. Feeling rather anxious. However Lisa at reception was very nice indeed. Warm, friendly and professional.I did manage to see Dr. Lee. I am very grateful. What a lovely man. Spent quite a while with me. Very reassuring. Thank you.

Brilliant service, fast, friendly, very helpful, ready to provide solutions immediately via phone.Paula and Lisa both of you are a gem to the community My husband and I just moved to Royal Arsenal. We registered at Ferryview recently and in need of our vaccine passport for work travel this Sunday.On Friday morning we noticed our NHS app can’t be connected to the GP files to produce our vaccine passport.With a phone call, Paula offered her help immediately to resolve the issue by coming over to the GP for Lisa to help with the needed Linkage Key, ODS code and Account ID.What a fast service. 5 minutes after filling up all forms we had our needed details to access our NHS app vaccine passport!Thank you very much Paula and Lisa!We love you lots, never had this kind of friendly service and fast too when we were in Croydon.We endorse this Practice and its team!Hope to see more service such as theirs within the GP practices.
